The event has been financed and supported by The Moray Council, St Giles Centre, Elgin Town Centre Benevolent Fund, Red Shoes Theatre, Johnston & Carmichael, St Giles Church, Spencers Funfair, G Whyte, with special thanks to Grampian Police for their co-operation and all participating groups and performers.
